GameLauncher.exe is the executable used to launch MapleStory directly (without the website).
The file can typically be found in the following folder:
C:/Nexon/MapleStory/GameLauncher.exe
On Windows Vista and later, users are required to right-click and select "Run as administrator" for it to launch properly.
