The Nexon Game Manager (NGM) records within the NGM directory most of the errors it encounters. This information can be invaluable when troubleshooting specific issues. All logs can be found within the NexonUS folder.
NexonUS can be found in the two following locations:
- "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NexonUS"
- "C:\ProgramData\NexonUS"
Within NexonUS folder may be several sub-folders starting with the number 200 and counting upward as well as the NGM folder.
Most of the folders 201 and up (should you have them) represent Nexon Game Manager error dumps. Those folders should contain the text files or logs within them.
The NGM folder itself has a file called NGM.log which shows the last encountered error information.
